Pull requests as a triage surface
PRs as a request surface: no. (Set to yes if this repo treats external PRs as feature requests; /triage reads this flag.)

Wayfinding operations

Where unavailable, useBlocked by: #<n>, #<n>atop child body. - Frontier query: list map’s open children, drop assigned tickets and tickets with open blockers, then select first in map order.
