provides cross-platform URL opening, hidden secret capture, idempotent
environment upserts, GitHub secret and GitHub variable writes, and irreversible
action confirmation. Refuse tracked environment destinations. Validate each
GitHub setting name and verify an explicit owner/repository target before a
write. Keep captured secrets out of logs and process arguments.
Run bash -n and ShellCheck when available, then trace destinations statically.
This workflow is human-only: do not run the generated script end to end, do not
open dashboard URLs, and do not confirm an irreversible action for the user.
Return the generated path, stages, exact docs, destination matrix, static-check results, and the human run command.
