Overview

The Agent-First Workflow uses Contract-First design and autonomous execution:

  • Humans provide a goal and approve consensus
  • /omt orchestrates the full lifecycle — dispatches all agents, presents consensus, runs execution loop
  • Contracts validate input/output at every stage
