What is SessionStart?

A startup hook that checks whether Wit coordination is enabled when a coding session begins. It reports the coordination status or says that the Wit background service needs to be started.

It is for checking Wit status automatically at session start and reporting whether the coordination service is running.

It gives the agent an early indication of whether shared-work coordination is available. This can reveal a missing setup before parallel edits begin.
