What is SessionStart?

A startup hook that runs a memory-injection script when a coding session starts, resumes, is cleared, or is compacted. A hook is an automatic command triggered by one of these session events.

Use it to load memory or prior context at the defined session lifecycle events.

It brings stored context into the session automatically, reducing the need to restore that context by hand after starting or resuming work.
