What is SessionStart?

A startup hook that runs a shell check whenever a coding session begins. It looks for Forge project files and prints a message showing the detected mode or available next steps.

Use it to check for IDENTITY.md or THESIS files at session start and suggest commands such as status, harvest, interrogate, or init.

It tells you immediately whether Forge is configured for founder work, product-management work, or initial setup.
