A session-end hook that runs a Bash script named `session-end.sh` when a coding session finishes. It searches configured plugin locations for the script and reports an error if it cannot find it.

Use it for tasks that should happen when a session ends, such as running the repository's session-end script. The input does not describe what that script itself does.

It provides an automatic place to perform cleanup or other work at the end of a session, without relying on someone to run the script manually.
