What is SessionStart?

A startup hook that runs shell scripts when a coding-agent session starts, resumes, is cleared, or is forked. A hook is an automatic command triggered by one of these session events.

Use it to run the session-start and CI-signal scripts during startup, resume, clear, and fork events.

It automates session checks and feedback signals at predictable points, so they do not depend on someone remembering to run them.
