A session-end hook runs shell commands automatically when an agent session finishes. It checks for the Open Second Brain command and captures the session, with an optional step for promoting recurring recall gaps.

Use it to capture the end of coding-agent sessions and pass session data to Open Second Brain. It also supports optional promotion of recurring memory gaps.

It records useful session information without requiring a separate manual command. It can also identify repeated gaps in recalled context when that option is enabled.
