What is SessionStart?

A session-start hook that runs a script whenever a coding-agent session starts or resumes. The script checks that the required program binary is available.

Use it to prepare the plugin's binary whenever a new session starts or an existing session resumes.

A session may begin without a needed executable being installed or ready. Running this check early helps the agent start with its required program in place.
