What is SessionStart?

An automatic check that runs when a coding-agent session begins. It compares a stored dependency version with the add-on's current version and runs setup when the dependencies need updating.

It helps keep the nanopm add-on's dependencies current at session start and skips setup when the recorded version is already current.

It avoids repeatedly reinstalling dependencies while still updating them when the add-on version changes. The check records the version in a file in the user's home directory.
