What is SessionStart?

Session hooks that run a local `wisci.py` script when a coding session starts, resumes, is cleared, or is compacted. The script reports the current saved session context.

Use them with the Wisci context system to restore session status automatically and prompt a saved progress snapshot after compaction.

They show the assistant what persistent session information exists and warn when context was just shortened.
