What is InstructionsLoaded?

A hook configuration that runs a Python event-logging script after instruction files are loaded. It records that the instruction-loading event occurred and runs asynchronously with a short timeout.

Use it to log instruction-loading events in a Claude Code project using the `cc10x_event_logger.py` script.

It creates an audit trail for when agent instructions were loaded without making the event wait for the logger to finish.
