A pair of automatic checks that run before an agent enters or leaves plan mode. They clean up temporary plan previews when planning starts and check a preview before the plan is presented.

It helps manage temporary HTML previews around plan-mode transitions by running the included shell checks with short time limits.

It helps prevent stale temporary previews from carrying over and catches problems in the visual plan preview before the user sees the plan.
