A Forge plugin that makes Forge and its activation step available in any project after one global installation. Forge is a workflow tool; this plugin does not create project files until you run a command that changes the project.

Use it to make Forge discoverable across projects and to start its activation workflow. It is for projects where you want Forge available without automatically creating setup files.

It avoids having to install Forge separately in every project. A read-only session-start reminder helps you notice when Forge is available.
