Instructions for maintaining a local CodeGraph index of a repository. A repository is a project's tracked files, and an index is a searchable database describing those files and their relationships.

Use it to initialise or synchronise the repository's .codegraph database, check its ignore setup, or run CodeGraph as an MCP service for editor or agent access.
Why use it?
It explains where the working index belongs and how to keep it updated without committing generated index data to the project. It also documents the command that exposes the index to tools.

Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.
