A verification workflow that checks whether a software feature phase is complete and ready to merge. It checks tasks, review lists, project rules, memory documents, and the current Git branch.

Goal

  2. All checklists pass
  3. Implementation complies with memory documents

Note: This command verifies readiness but does NOT close the phase. Use /flow.merge to close, push, and merge.
