Build a single-file, framework-free HTML artifact that makes a plan or a run report easy and calm to read. Two templates: PlanViewer (before executing) and ResultViewer (after finishing).

Always read references/principles.md before building. It holds the 10 anti-cognitive-fatigue principles with the reasoning behind each — follow the reasoning, not just the rule.

When to use

  • The user explicitly asks for an "HTML artifact", a "plan/result view", a "dashboard", or to "show this as HTML".
  • You are presenting a multi-phase plan/proposal/breakdown and the user wants it as a document.
  • You just finished a multi-step task and the user wants a visual summary of what changed.
  • The user wants a recap of a branch, commit, or PR diff (what a set of changes did), built from the real diff rather than from session memory.

When NOT to use

  • A one-line answer, a single code snippet, or prose explanation.
  • The user wants plain text or markdown only.
  • Do NOT auto-fire on every plan. /spec and /discover write Markdown only (Neural Codex contract). This skill is on-demand and standalone when the user asks for an HTML artifact.

1. Pick the template

  • PlanViewer (pre-execution) → templates/plan-viewer.html. Sections: Overview · Phases & Tasks · Decisions · Risks · Open Questions.
  • ResultViewer (post-execution) → templates/result-viewer.html. Sections: Summary · Files Changed · Commands Run · Errors/Warnings · Next Steps.
    • Recap from a diff: point the ResultViewer at a branch, commit, or PR instead of the current session. Read the real change with read-only git (git diff <base>...<ref>, git show <commit>, git log --stat) and fill Files Changed, per-file diffs, and stats from that output. Same template, the source is the diff. This is the reverse of a plan: it describes the change that was just made, one altitude above line-by-line review.

If the user's intent is ambiguous (could be either), ask once; otherwise infer from tense ("show me the plan" → Plan, "what changed" → Result).
