What is capture-session-knowledge?

A session-knowledge capture tool for identifying important ideas, decisions, tasks, agreements, and conclusions from a conversation. It routes these items into a review-and-confirmation process rather than saving them automatically.

It is for proposing notes about plans, decisions, open questions, agent-work rules, and session handoffs.

It helps prevent useful context and unfinished work from being lost between sessions.
