The title and body are free text, so this command is deliberately not pre-authorised: the call goes through a permission prompt, and the user sees the exact command before it runs. Keep the text plain — no shell substitutions.
If the engine's output starts with error:, show that text and do not claim the
task was recorded. Otherwise report: "recorded in the backlog #N: ".
