What is SessionStart?

A startup hook that runs a command when a coding session starts, is cleared, or is compacted. A hook is an automatic action triggered by a session event.

Use it to invoke the repository’s `run-hook.cmd` script for those three session events.

It removes the need to run the same session-start command manually after opening, resetting or compacting a session.
