What is code-review-report?

A single HTML document that explains a set of code changes alongside the code difference, including the decisions, alternatives, tradeoffs, and unfinished work behind them.

Use it to prepare a review report for a large feature, refactor, or other substantial change, or to share an HTML summary of the work.

A code diff shows what changed but often not why it changed. This report puts that missing context and a prioritized list of review points in one file.
