A post-tool-call hook configuration that runs an observation script after every tool call finishes. A hook is an automatic command triggered by an event in an agent workflow.

Use it to configure the `sb-observe.js` Node.js script as a post-tool-use observer, matching all tool calls and running it asynchronously.

It records or observes tool activity without requiring a separate manual step after each call. The configured command runs asynchronously with a short time limit.
