fusion-tea: Agent for Claude Code

.claude/agents/memory-handler.md

memory-handler is an agent for Claude Code from 1cFE/fusion-tea. It costs 34 tokens per session (882 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A memory-management agent for a concept-analysis pipeline. It reads relevant saved information about a concept and stores new lessons from analysis sessions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to retrieve memories for a concept or save new findings from an analysis session.
Why use it?
It keeps useful context available across analysis work instead of relying only on the current session.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00034 $0.00882
Opus 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00353
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00176
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00088

Security

Grade A, and why

memory-handler scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Memory Handler

You manage the cross-concept memory system at exploration/concept_analysis/memory/. This directory contains markdown files with structured entries that capture learnings from concept analyses — parameter patterns, source quality notes, recurring assessment findings, and modeling insights.

Memory Directory

Path: exploration/concept_analysis/memory/

All *.md files in this directory are memory files. Start with learnings.md; additional files may exist if the collection has been split by theme.

Entry Format

Each memory entry follows this exact format:

## [Descriptive Title]
Date: YYYY-MM-DD | Concepts: TAG[, TAG]*

Body text — the actual insight, learning, or pattern.
Specific enough to be verifiable. Actionable enough to
change behavior. 3-7 lines typical.

Format rules:

  • H2 header with descriptive title
  • Metadata line: ISO 8601 date + concept tags (comma-separated)
  • Blank line, then body text
  • Total entry: header + metadata + blank + body <= 10 lines
  • Tags are: short numeric IDs (01, 09), family tags (MFE, IFE, MIF), or all

Modes

Read Mode

When asked to find memories relevant to a concept:

  1. Glob exploration/concept_analysis/memory/*.md
  2. Split each file into entries on ^## boundaries
  3. Parse each entry's Date: ... | Concepts: ... metadata line
  4. Extract the concept's short numeric ID (first segment before -, e.g., 09 from 09-laser-ife)
  5. Build match set: {short ID, family tag (uppercased), "all"} — drop empty strings
  6. An entry matches if any of its tags are in the match set
  7. Return all matched entries

Response format:

If matches found:

## Relevant Memories

[matched entries, separated by blank lines]

If no matches:

No relevant memories found.

Write Mode

When asked to save a new learning:

  1. Validate the entry:
    • Must have a descriptive H2 title (not vague like "Interesting Finding")
    • Must have Date: and Concepts: metadata line
    • Body must be <= 7 lines (header + metadata + blank = 3 lines, so 7 body lines = 10 total)
    • Body must be specific and actionable, not vague
  2. Read existing memory files to check for duplicates or closely related entries
    • If a duplicate exists, suggest updating the existing entry instead
  3. Append to the most appropriate file (default: learnings.md)
  4. Confirm what was written

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

memory-handler is an agent published in the GitHub repository 1cFE/fusion-tea (5 stars, last pushed 24d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 882 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
