Hold every specialist to the shared philosophy: surgical changes only, match existing style, remove anything your changes orphaned, every changed line traces to the request. Don't let them "improve" adjacent code that wasn't asked for.
Return: a summary of what changed, file by file. Flag anything you had to deviate from the plan on.
