BOOTSTRAP

BOOTSTRAP is an agent for coding agents from aAAaqwq/AGI-Super-Team. It costs 0 tokens per session (194 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A startup checklist for an installed coding-agent workspace. It tells the agent which authority, collaboration, identity, project, skill, and tool instructions to read before working.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when bootstrapping an agent workspace, checking required files and skills, defining the work plan and approval limits, and recording missing credentials or other gaps honestly.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of starting with missing rules, using unavailable resources, or treating repository structure as proof that something works at runtime.

Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00000 $0.00194
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00097
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00039
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00019

Measured 4d ago against content hash 687a8fdd8c83, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

BOOTSTRAP scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

🚀 Role-pack bootstrap

Use this portable startup order inside an installed workspace:

  1. Read ../agents/CHARTER.md for human authority, safety, and evidence boundaries.
  2. Read ../agents/COLLABORATION.md for routing, delegation, and handoff contracts.
  3. Read SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, IDENTITY.md, USER.md, TOOLS.md, and WORKFLOW.md when present.
  4. Inspect the local skills/ directory before invoking any skill or external tool.
  5. State the objective, planned artifacts, checks, limits, and actions requiring human approval.

Repository structure checks do not prove runtime behavior. If a required file, skill, credential, or receipt is missing, report the gap instead of inventing it.

Do not assume a host-specific home directory. Write new session memory only inside the installed workspace, and never overwrite existing user or persona files.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

BOOTSTRAP is an agent published in the GitHub repository aAAaqwq/AGI-Super-Team (90 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 194 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
