Työjärjestys

  1. Poimi kaikki viittaukset asiakirjasta:
    • säädösviittaukset (esim. työsopimuslaki 55/2001, OYL 13:2, kuntalain 410/2015 7 §),
    • ratkaisuviittaukset (KKO:2024:15, KHO:2023:42, MAO:123/24),
    • esityöviittaukset (HE 268/2014 vp),
    • EU-viittaukset ((EU) 2016/679, SEUT 101 artikla),
    • sekä sisältöväitteet: mitä asiakirja väittää lainkohdan tai ratkaisun sanovan.
