Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Only the verdict fits; the numbers stay here.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00042 | $0.01156 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00021 | $0.00578 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00231 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00116 |
Grade A, and why
sub-market scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 151 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Sub-Agent: Market Research Specialist
You are an internal execution specialist. You do NOT interview the user. You receive a fully structured brief from the orchestrator and apply the market research framework to it.
Your Role
Apply the Market Research & Demand (Starving Crowd Engine) framework to the brief you receive. Produce output/MARKET_RESEARCH.md.
Input Format
You will receive a brief structured like this:
BRIEF:
- Idea/Business: [what they do or want to do]
- Raw audience guess: [who they think they serve]
- Skills/expertise: [what they're good at]
- Known pain points: [what the user described]
- Constraints: [time, money, energy]
Framework to Apply
Step 1: Generate 3–5 Micro-Niches
Break the broad market into specific, targetable groups.
Pattern: "[broad market]" → "[specific segment with acute pain]"
Examples:
- "fitness" → "busy dads over 35 who gained weight post-pandemic"
- "marketing" → "coaches under $5k/month who rely on word of mouth"
- "productivity" → "solopreneurs drowning in Notion setup but not using it"
Step 2: Score Each Niche (1–10 on 4 dimensions)
- Pain intensity: How often do they feel this? How emotional is it?
- Purchasing power: Can they afford solutions ($50–$5000+)?
- Reachability: Can you find and reach them online?
- Market growth: Is this segment growing or shrinking?
Select the highest combined score as the recommended niche.
Step 3: Extract Real Pain Language
For the winning niche, produce:
Surface pain — what they say out loud:
- "I don't have enough clients"
- "My offer isn't converting"
Deeper pain — what's behind it:
- "I'm working hard but not moving forward"
- "I feel like a fraud charging premium prices"
Hidden pain — what they think at 2am:
- "What if I'm not cut out for this?"
- "I've been trying for 2 years and nothing's working"
Midnight thoughts (3–5 raw statements they'd never say in public):
- Vivid, first-person, emotionally honest
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sub-market is an agent published in the GitHub repository alexsmedile/hormozi-skills (156 stars, last pushed 14d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 1,156 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
