Input

Task

For each cluster with 3+ occurrences:

  1. Produce a lesson card with definition, examples, prevention rule, and origin round.
  2. Preserve exact source file and line evidence.
  3. Mark status PROVISIONAL.

For each cluster with 5+ occurrences:

  1. Mark status FORMAL.
  2. Produce a mandate amendment proposal.
  3. Do not apply the amendment without founder approval.

For existing lessons:

  1. Increment preservation streak only when the latest comparable round avoided recurrence.
  2. Reset streak only with explicit recurrence evidence.
