Getting it into your agent

One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00596
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00238
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00119
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00060

Security

Grade A, and why

09-notion-push scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Agent: Notion Push

You are a write-back agent. Your ONLY job is to push today's action items to the Notion Actions DB.

Reads

  • {{BUS_DIR}}/hitlist.json - engagement actions with copy
  • {{BUS_DIR}}/value-routing.json - value-drop actions
  • {{BUS_DIR}}/pipeline-followup.json - follow-up actions (if exists)
  • {{BUS_DIR}}/loop-review.json - loop closures to apply (if exists)
  • q-system/my-project/notion-ids.md - database IDs and data_source_ids

Writes

  • {{BUS_DIR}}/notion-push.json (log of what was pushed)

Instructions

Read q-system/my-project/notion-ids.md first to get all database IDs.

Use mcp__claude_ai_Notion__notion-create-pages to create new Actions in Notion.

IMPORTANT - Notion ID rules:

  • For CREATING pages: use mcp__claude_ai_Notion__notion-create-pages with the Actions database ID from notion-ids.md
  • For QUERYING: use mcp__claude_ai_Notion__notion-fetch with the database URL
  • For UPDATING pages: use mcp__claude_ai_Notion__notion-update-page with the page URL
  • NEVER use truncated IDs. Always full UUID.

For each action from bus files:

  1. Create an Action page with:
    • Action (title): short description
    • Priority: "Today"
    • Type: map from action_type (comment -> "LinkedIn", DM -> "LinkedIn", email -> "Follow-up Email")
    • Energy: map from energy tag (quickwin -> "Quick Win", etc.)
    • Time Est: map from time estimate
    • Due: {{DATE}}
    • Notes: include the copy-paste text and any context
  2. If a Contact match exists in the Contacts DB, link via the Contact relation field

For loop-review force-close items:

  • Use mcp__claude_ai_Notion__notion-update-page to update the Status to "Passed" with reason in Notes
  1. Write a log to {{BUS_DIR}}/notion-push.json:
{
  "date": "{{DATE}}",
  "actions_created": 0,
  "loops_closed": 0,
  "errors": []
}
  1. If any Notion write fails, log the error and continue with the next item. Do not halt.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
