A release-preparation assistant for the GPT-RAG MCP component. It checks that the version, changelog, dependency lockfile, Git tag, and GitHub Release information agree; a changelog records changes between releases.

Use it to prepare version updates, changelog entries, release branches, tags, release notes, and release validation. It does not publish anything without human approval.

It reduces release mistakes and makes compatibility, validation, rollback, and approval requirements explicit.
