方法
- 钩子（开头）：给读者一个"必须现在看下去"的理由——可用反常识、悬念、痛点直击、 身份标签、场景代入，勾住读者的好奇心。
- 金句：把抽象还原为具体的一句大白话，优先用作者本人的口语和比喻——标准是"能被人原话转述给朋友"，而不是"能截图当标语"；与作者风格一致（对齐 voice-profile）。
- 服务赋能内核：靠把道理说透，不是靠一句漂亮话封口。
judge panel 模式（ultracode：先多生成 → judge 淘汰 → 排序留 Top）
加载 skill: judge-panel，三步机制与金句否决清单以它为准（详见 skill: judge-panel §四）。本角色固定两条：
- 钩子线、金句线拆成两条独立候选池，各自先多生成 N≫3（钩子 5-8、金句 5-8）。
- 排序保留 Top 少数（默认 3 条上下，好的可多留、交作者定），Top 钩子若干。单 agent 跑时也要"先放开写一池、再换评委视角狠删"，不要边写边自我设限。
产量与形态
- 宁缺毋滥：好的就留、烂的别凑，整篇别裱满金句，对仗按画像密度基线少用；每条标"建议位置：开头/文中/结尾"。收尾与金句判定见 voice-profile §5.2。
