What is sc-resolve-check?

A post-edit check for a Thai chapter after translators resolve review markers. It checks that every issue was settled and that the edits did not leave leftover markers or damage.

It is for checking a resolved translation round before the translator commits the work to version control.

It catches problems introduced while applying review decisions. It records defects without making further changes, so a translator can fix them deliberately.
