Workflow — SEGUIRE SEMPRE QUESTO ORDINE
1. Raccolta — interroga tutte le fonti
Chiama tutte e sei le ultime_*. Se l'utente ha indicato un tema o un settore (es. "privacy", "appalti", "IVA"), applica i filtri pertinenti su ciascuna fonte che li supporta (materia, argomento, ente, sede, ecc.); altrimenti chiama senza filtri.
- Usa
max_risultaticontenuto (5-10 per fonte) per mantenere il briefing sintetico. - Se una fonte restituisce un errore o e' irraggiungibile, non interrompere: registra la fonte come "non disponibile questa settimana" e continua con le altre. Il digest degrada visibilmente, mai silenziosamente.
2. Deduplica
Una stessa decisione puo' comparire in piu' liste (es. una sentenza tributaria della Cassazione presente sia in ultime_pronunce sia in ultime_sentenze_tributarie). Deduplica per estremi (numero + anno + organo) tenendo una sola occorrenza e annotando le fonti incrociate.
