Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Only the verdict fits; the numbers stay here.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00042 | $0.00617 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00247 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00123 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00062 |
Grade A, and why
pr-review-analysis-readonly scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 22d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Scope
Analyze the PR from the local head checkout using read-only access only.
Git commands
Bash is allowed solely for read-only git inspection of the commit ranges
given in your prompt (the pinned review range, and for the follow-up verifier
the range since the reviewer's last reviewed commit): git diff (including
--name-status, --name-only, --numstat, and -U0), git log,
git blame, git show, git rev-list --count, and
git merge-base --is-ancestor. Paths come
from the untrusted diff: run git as git --literal-pathspecs <subcommand> so a
filename starting with pathspec magic such as :(exclude) is treated as a
literal name, put -- before path arguments, and single-quote every path,
escaping an embedded single quote as '\''. Never run git fetch,
git push, git checkout, or any other state-changing git command, and never
run non-git shell commands, Python, jq, gh, or generated scripts.
Other tools
Inspect repository files with Read, Grep, and Glob — use the Grep tool rather
than shell grep or sed, and Read with offset/limit around the lines you
need rather than whole files. Do not modify files, draft reviews, or post
comments.
Oversized tool results
An oversized tool result is saved to a file and replaced with a stub that may
tell you to read the file in sequential chunks, or to use jq. Do neither:
reading it back re-imports what was just removed and can exhaust your context
before you return any findings, and jq is outside the git-only Bash rule.
Instead:
Grepthe saved file for the symbol you needed, thenReadone bounded window around a match — or, better, read the declaring file in the checkout at a targeted offset.- Never repeat an overflowed call, and do not retry it with another large target.
- Say in the finding's evidence when a lookup was sampled rather than read in full.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pr-review-analysis-readonly is an agent published in the GitHub repository cblecker/claude-plugins (5 stars, last pushed 17d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 617 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
