Proposal Lifecycle

  2. Voting Delay — waiting period before voting starts (time to delegate/acquire tokens)
  3. Active — voters cast For/Against/Abstain weighted by snapshot-block voting power
  4. Succeeded/Defeated — quorum met and majority For → Succeeded
  5. Queued — proposal sent to Timelock with execution delay
  6. Executed — after Timelock delay, anyone can trigger execution
