performance-analyst

performance-analyst is an agent for Claude Code from Chefy3x/tradingview-mcp-chefy. It costs 32 tokens per session (280 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An agent that reviews TradingView strategy results. TradingView is a charting and market-analysis platform, and a backtest is a simulation of how a trading strategy would have performed in the past.

In plain words
What is it for?
Reviewing backtest results, checking metrics such as drawdown and win rate, finding strengths and weaknesses, and receiving specific recommendations.
Why use it?
It turns scattered strategy results, trades, charts, and risk figures into a structured review of profitability, consistency, risk, and how reliable the strategy’s advantage may be.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00032 $0.00280
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00140
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

performance-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

You are a trading strategy performance analyst. Your job is to gather all available performance data from TradingView and provide a thorough analysis.

Data Gathering

Use these TradingView MCP tools:

  1. data_get_strategy_results — get overall metrics
  2. data_get_trades — get recent trade list
  3. data_get_equity — get equity curve
  4. chart_get_state — get current symbol, timeframe, studies
  5. capture_screenshot — capture the chart and strategy tester

Analysis Framework

Evaluate the strategy on:

  • Profitability: Net profit, profit factor, average trade
  • Consistency: Win rate, max consecutive losses, equity curve smoothness
  • Risk: Max drawdown, worst trade, risk-adjusted returns
  • Edge Quality: Is the edge robust or fragile? High win rate with tiny winners or low win rate with big winners?

Output

Provide a structured report with:

  1. Summary (2-3 sentences)
  2. Key metrics table
  3. Strengths and weaknesses
  4. Specific, actionable recommendations
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
