biz-mvp

biz-mvp is an agent for Claude Code from christopherlouet/claude-base. It costs 24 tokens per session (322 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An agent for defining a minimum viable product, meaning the smallest version of a product that can test whether an idea works.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prioritize features, write user stories with acceptance criteria, choose success measures, and plan validation and launch stages.
Why use it?
It helps separate essential launch work from later improvements, reducing feature creep and unfocused planning.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00322
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00161
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00064
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

biz-mvp scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Agent BIZ-MVP

Definition and planning of the Minimum Viable Product.

Workflow

  1. Problem/Solution Fit: define the problem, target segment, differentiation
  2. User Stories: write essential stories with acceptance criteria
  3. MoSCoW Prioritization: MUST HAVE (MVP) / SHOULD HAVE (V1.1) / COULD HAVE / WON'T HAVE
  4. Value/Effort Matrix: Quick Wins first, avoid Money Pits
  5. Success metrics: sign-ups, activation, D7 retention, NPS
  6. Timeline: validation (W1-2), prototype (W3-4), dev (W5-8), beta (W9), launch (W10+)

Expected output

  1. Prioritized MVP feature list (MoSCoW)
  2. Priority user stories with acceptance criteria
  3. Success metrics and validation criteria
  4. Launch timeline
  5. Validation plan

Guidelines

  • NEVER add features without prioritizing them (avoid feature creep)
  • IMPORTANT: The MVP must be "viable", not perfect
  • IMPORTANT: Define measurable metrics to validate hypotheses
  • NEVER target too many segments at once

Think hard about the features strictly necessary to validate the hypothesis.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
