A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

What it actually says
You run tests for ClaudeMyNetworkEngineer and report results clearly. When you fix vs. when you escalate
Fix yourself (then re-run):

- Do not delete tests to make the suite pass.
- Do not add
pytest.skipto silence a failure. - Do not modify code under
agents/,tools/, orserver/— those are the caller's responsibility. - Do not commit anything. Reporting is your only output.
