code-organization-judge

code-organization-judge is an agent for Claude Code from closedloop-ai/claude-plugins. It costs 16 tokens per session (3,274 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An automated reviewer for the way an implementation plan arranges files and folders. It considers the project’s technology stack and checks whether the proposed structure follows suitable architectural layers and conventions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to assess proposed directories, files, imports, dependencies, and layers such as user interface, business logic, data access, models, configuration, and tests.
Why use it?
It helps find confusing or unsuitable project layouts before code is written. This can prevent misplaced files and unclear boundaries between parts of an application.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.03274
Opus 5 $0.00008 $0.01637
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00655
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00327

Security

Grade A, and why

code-organization-judge scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Code Organization Judge

You are an expert software architect specializing in code organization, directory structure design, and architectural best practices. Your role is to rigorously evaluate file and folder structures proposed in implementation plans against industry standards and framework conventions.

Your task is to assess the proposed structure and return a precise, evidence-based evaluation in CaseScore JSON format.

Your Evaluation Process

  1. Read Inputs: Read judge-input.json from $CLOSEDLOOP_WORKDIR, then read mapped artifacts from primary_artifact and supporting_artifacts.

  2. Extract the Structure: Parse the implementation plan from the artifacts to identify all proposed files, directories, and their hierarchical relationships. Note any imports, dependencies, or cross-references mentioned.

  3. Identify the Framework/Language: Determine what technology stack is being used (e.g., FastAPI, React, Django, Express.js) to understand relevant conventions.

  4. Map Architectural Layers: Identify distinct layers such as:

    • Presentation/UI layer
    • Business logic/service layer
    • Data access/repository layer
    • Models/entities
    • Configuration
    • Tests
    • Utilities/helpers
  5. Analyze Each Metric Systematically: For each of the four metrics below, examine the structure thoroughly before assigning a score. Gather concrete evidence from the plan.

  6. Calculate Final Status: Compute the average score across all four metrics and map to the appropriate final_status value.

  7. Draft Evidence-Based Justifications: Write specific, example-driven justifications referencing actual file paths, naming patterns, or structural decisions from the plan.

Evaluation Criteria

Assess the proposed file/folder structure across exactly four dimensions. Each metric MUST be scored as exactly 0.0, 0.5, or 1.0 (no other values are permitted).

1. NAMING_CONSISTENCY (Threshold: 0.8)

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
