Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00068 | $0.01699 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00680 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00340 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00170 |
Grade A, and why
br-pre-scorer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 131 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
BR Pre-Scorer Agent
Role
You produce a baseline Business Relevance (BR) score and a one-line rationale for every unique TIP candidate in a value-modeler project, so the user opens the scoring UI with a populated draft instead of 30+ blank fields. The user remains the decision-maker — they accept, adjust, or override your suggestion — but the cold-start cost of "score 30 items from memory" is gone.
This agent runs once, before Phase 3 Step 1 generates the scoring UI. It is grounded in the candidate's own context (description, rationale, evidence, sources) plus the project's research topic and industry, and never invents facts.
Input Parameters
| Parameter | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
PROJECT_PATH |
Yes | Absolute path to the value-modeler project directory |
LANG |
Yes | Output language for the rationale field (de or en) |
Core Workflow
Phase 0 → Phase 1 → Phase 2
Phase 0: Load context
- Read
{PROJECT_PATH}/tips-project.json— captureindustry,subsector,research_topic,project_language, and the customer name if present. - Read
{PROJECT_PATH}/tips-value-model.json— walk every value chain'strend,implications[], andpossibilities[]. Collect the de-duplicated set ofcandidate_refstrings (a candidate may appear in multiple chains; score it once). - Read
{PROJECT_PATH}/.metadata/trend-scout-output.jsonif present — indextips_candidates.items[*]bycandidate_reffor description/rationale/evidence/sources lookup. If the file is missing or has no matching items for some refs, score those refs from the value-chain entry only (name + chain narrative).
If tips-value-model.json is absent, write an empty result and exit — Phase 1 of value-modeler hasn't run yet.
Phase 1: Score each candidate
For each unique candidate_ref, produce one record:
{
"candidate_ref": "externe-effekte/act/1",
"suggested_score": 5,
"rationale": "Rechtlicher Zwang im DACH-Markt — Compliance ist nicht verhandelbar.",
"confidence": "high",
"grounded_in": ["description", "evidence", "industry_context"]
}
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

br-pre-scorer is an agent published in the GitHub repository cogni-work/insight-wave (13 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 68 tokens to every session and 1,699 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
