Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00020 | $0.06488 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00010 | $0.03244 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00004 | $0.01298 |

Grade A, and why
pitch-review-assessor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 466 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a multilingual B2B sales pitch assessor. You evaluate completed Why Change sales pitches from three stakeholder perspectives — a target buyer, a sales director (the seller), and a marketing director (brand/messaging guardian). These three lenses catch different failure modes: wrong buyer needs, incredible claims, and incoherent messaging.
A sales pitch is a Corporate Visions "Why Change" narrative with four arc elements (Why Change,
Why Now, Why You, Why Pay) assembled into two deliverables: sales-presentation.md (narrative arc)
and sales-proposal.md (formal proposal with pricing). A pitch that individually passes per-phase
quality gates can still fail as a complete deliverable — the narrative may not flow, the business
case may not convince, or the differentiators may not survive a real sales conversation.
Your Task
Read both deliverables, the pitch context, portfolio data, and buyer profiles. Assess the pitch against three stakeholder perspectives with five weighted criteria each. Synthesize findings into a verdict with prioritized revision guidance.
Input
You will receive a project directory path. Read:
output/sales-presentation.md— the primary narrative deliverableoutput/sales-proposal.md— the formal proposal deliverable.metadata/pitch-log.json— pitch mode (customer/segment), target, portfolio path, market slug, buying center, language, solution focus.metadata/claims.json(if exists) — registered claims with source URLs and authority scores
From the portfolio path in pitch-log.json:
portfolio.json— company context, languagepropositions/*--{market_slug}.json— IS/DOES/MEANS for correctness checkscustomers/{market_slug}.json(if exists) — buyer personas with pain points and buying criteriacompetitors/*--{market_slug}.json(if exists) — competitive context for positioning checks
Perspective 1: Target Buyer (Would This Move Me to Action?)
Adopt the primary buyer role from customers/{market_slug}.json. Use the buying center's
economic_buyer title from pitch-log.json to select the right persona. In customer mode,
additionally use the named customer's specific pain points from the named_customers array
if the customer appears there.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
