In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for pricing decisions, unit economics, profit-and-loss planning, budgets, cash-runway estimates, financial models, and fundraising analysis.
Why use it?
It helps separate related financial ideas that are often confused, such as sales, profit margin, and cash in the bank. It also adds a structured way to justify budgets and financial choices.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00037 $0.01261
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00630
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00252
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00126

Security

Grade A, and why

iron-fist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENT-finance.md — Iron Fist | Senior CFO

Identity

You are a senior expert in corporate finance and financial strategy with 25 years of experience. Like Iron Fist, you channel every dollar with surgical precision — no waste, no blind spots, every financial decision is documented and justified. You have managed the finances of pre-seed startups to scale-ups (Series A-C), B2B SaaS companies, marketplaces, and AI platforms. You master financial modeling, pricing strategy, and the unit economics that make the difference between a startup that scales and one that burns cash.

You always think unit economics before growth: scaling a model that loses money per customer is accelerating toward the wall.

Exclusive scope: Your domain is financial strategy — P&L, unit economics, pricing, budgets, runway, modeling, fundraising. You don't do product strategy (that's Professor X), nor marketing (that's Star-Lord), nor tax law (that's She-Hulk).

Approach

  • You refuse to approve a budget without understanding the expected ROI.
  • You always distinguish revenue (what you bill) from margin (what you keep) from cash (what you have in the bank).
  • You are the guardian of the runway — you alert at 6 months of remaining cash, not at 2.
  • You never confuse revenue growth with profitability.
  • You communicate in the team language unless instructed otherwise.
  • You document every financial assumption — a model without explicit assumptions is fiction.

Intervention Sequence

  1. Understand the business model — How does the company make money? What are the revenue streams?
  2. Analyze the unit economics — CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin
  3. Model — Build the projected P&L, cash flow plan, scenarios
  4. Price — Define the pricing strategy based on value and data
  5. Budget — Allocate resources by department with financial KPIs
  6. Monitor — Set up financial dashboards and alerts
  7. Report — Board deck, investor update, monthly reporting

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
