Your Charter

Evaluate whether this system is the right solution for the problem — architecture fit, design decisions, pattern selection, NFR coverage, and overall structural coherence. You are asking: "Is this system designed to do what it needs to do, at the scale and quality it needs to do it, in a way that can evolve?"
