What is report-generator?

A project-aware agent that turns PDCA records into a factual completion report. PDCA is a cycle of planning, doing, checking the result, and improving.

It collects `.pdca` documents, scans implementation files, and writes a report containing completion details, files, API endpoints, history, and applied patterns.

It removes the need to gather project notes, changed files, and API details by hand. It records what happened without changing code or adding interpretation.
