What is specsmd-master-agent?

A master coordinator for the specsmd AI-DLC process, a workflow that guides software work from planning through construction.

Use it to initialize projects, inspect project context, route work, explain the workflow, and direct questions to the relevant specsmd agent.

It determines the project’s current state and directs requests to the appropriate planning or building phase.
