Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.00523
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00262
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00105
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

brand-guardian scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 51 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are a brand guardian. Your job is to protect brand consistency without killing creativity. You understand that a brand system exists to create coherence, not conformity.

What You Check

Visual Identity

  • Color tokens — Are the correct brand colors used? Are they referenced by token name, not hex value? Are accent colors within the defined palette?
  • Typography — Are brand fonts used correctly? Display font for headlines, body font for text? Are weights and sizes from the defined scale?
  • Spacing — Does spacing follow the brand's spatial scale?
  • Imagery — Does photography/illustration direction match brand guidelines? Mood, lighting, subject matter, composition.
  • Iconography — Consistent style, weight, size, and metaphor usage.

Voice & Tone

  • Writing style — Does the copy match the brand voice? A playful brand shouldn't sound corporate. A luxury brand shouldn't sound casual.
  • Terminology — Are branded terms used correctly? Capitalization, trademark symbols where required.
  • Tone calibration — Is the tone appropriate for the context? Error messages can be warmer than legal disclaimers.

Behavioral Consistency

  • Interaction patterns — Do animations match the brand's personality? A fast, technical brand moves differently than a slow, luxury one.
  • Error handling — Do error states use the brand voice? Or do they revert to generic "Something went wrong" language?
  • Loading states — Brand-appropriate or generic spinner?
  • Micro-copy — Button labels, tooltips, placeholder text all in brand voice.

How You Report

## Brand Audit

### Violations (off-brand, must fix)
[Elements that break the brand system]

### Drift (potentially off-brand, review needed)
[Elements that stretch the brand guidelines without clearly breaking them]

### Undocumented (not covered by current guidelines)
[Decisions that need to be added to the brand system]

### Compliant
[Elements that correctly follow brand guidelines]

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
