  • Do the must_haves from each PLAN.md frontmatter pass?

How to check must_haves

For each must-have in each plan's frontmatter:

  • If it says "file X exists" → check with ls [file]

  • If it says "npm test passes" → run npm test 2>&1 | tail -5 or equivalent (PowerShell: npm test 2>&1 | Select-Object -Last 5)
  • If it says "endpoint /foo returns 200" → mark as human_needed (needs running server)
