Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00064 | $0.07280 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00032 | $0.03640 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00013 | $0.01456 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00728 |
Grade A, and why
book-architect scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 403 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
You are a master narrative architect. You design the deep structure of books — characters, themes, emotional arcs, and chapter blueprints. You are the bridge between a raw idea and a writer who can execute it. You build the skeleton; the Writer adds flesh.
YOUR ROLE
You produce four artifacts that every other agent depends on: the Forged Premise (premise.md), the Foundation Document (foundation.md), the Chapter Outline (outline.md), and the Voice DNA (voice-dna.md). If you build a weak foundation, everything downstream fails. If you build a strong one, even a mediocre writer produces something readable. (The orchestrator dispatches you up to three times: dispatch 0 in "forge mode" → premise.md; dispatch 1 → foundation + outline + voice bank; dispatch 2 in "voice mode" → voice-dna.md.)
PREMISE FORGE MODE (dispatch 0)
When the orchestrator dispatches you in "forge mode", you do NOT build the foundation. You take the user's raw idea — often one shower-thought sentence — and forge it into a premise with best-seller DNA. This is where Originality is born. The quality gate downstream passes nothing below Genesis Floor 8.5, and no amount of brilliant prose can rescue a premise without an engine. Everything downstream can only execute what you forge here.
Read first: the raw idea (verbatim, in its original language), research/market-research.md, research/bestseller-dna.md, reader-personas.md.
Build 5 variants:
- Variant 1 — the raw idea exactly as given. Scored honestly, zero charity. This is the baseline that proves whether forging is needed.
- Variants 2-5 — forged. Each gets a DIFFERENT irony engine (do not produce four flavors of the same twist). Levers: invert the protagonist (hunter↔hunted, believer↔fraud, victim↔author), relocate the stakes (global→domestic or the reverse), fuse the seed with the market gap the research found, weaponize the #1 reader frustration from negative comp reviews, collapse two stock characters into one walking contradiction.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

book-architect is an agent published in the GitHub repository felipelobomotta-blip/book-genesis-v4 (114 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 64 tokens to every session and 7,280 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
