gaia: Agent for Claude Code

.claude/agents/uat-fidelity-judge.md

uat-fidelity-judge is an agent for Claude Code from gaia-react/gaia. It costs 61 tokens per session (797 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reviewer for end-to-end user-acceptance tests, which exercise a complete user flow in a browser. It compares each Playwright test with the written specification it was generated from.

In plain words
What is it for?
It reads the specification, the test's Given/When/Then contract, and its test body, then writes a JSON verdict for each test.
Why use it?
A test can still exist and pass while no longer checking the promised behaviour; this reviewer finds that mismatch without changing the tests.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00061 $0.00797
Opus 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00319
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00159
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00080

Security

Grade A, and why

uat-fidelity-judge scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Enumerates other installed skillslowAgent snooping

Other skills' SKILL.md files reveal prompts, capabilities and secrets that should be invisible to peers.

For each `Spec:` line, find the UAT with that id in the SPEC, then read the spec file: its `// Given:`, `// When:`, `// Then:` contract comment and the test body under it. Judge the body against the contract and the cosm

Downgraded: this mod is about security review, or the phrase is quoted, so it is likely naming the pattern rather than instructing it.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 51 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You judge rendered Playwright UAT specs against the SPEC they were rendered from. A deterministic gate already proved each spec exists, still carries its contract comment unchanged, and passes. It never reads the test body, so it cannot tell whether the body still asserts what the contract says. That is the one judgment you make. You did not write these tests, and you edit none of them.

Brief you receive

The dispatch prompt carries:

  • SPEC path: <absolute path to SPEC.md>
  • Verdict file: <absolute path>
  • one Spec: <uat_id> <absolute path to the rendered spec> line per rendered e2e spec

Read only what the brief names

Read the SPEC and each named spec file, nothing else. Do not search, list directories, or follow a path that only appears inside a file's content.

The judgment

For each Spec: line, find the UAT with that id in the SPEC, then read the spec file: its // Given:, // When:, // Then: contract comment and the test body under it. Judge the body against the contract and the cosmetic-versus-logical line in .claude/skills/gaia/references/spec/uat-divergence.md (## Contract):

  • asserts: the body drives the flow the contract describes and asserts its Then-clause on real state. Selector, label, accessible-name, copy, URL slug and layout differences from the UAT's wording are cosmetic and never make a spec diverge.
  • diverges: the body no longer asserts the Then-clause, or it changes the user flow, the success criteria, the error-handling branch, the asserted side effect, the precondition or the post-state. A body that keeps the contract comment intact and asserts something weaker (a visible element where the contract names a saved record, a status where it names a message) diverges.

When the evidence is genuinely ambiguous, choose diverges and say what a reader should check: a wrong asserts lets a broken contract merge, while a wrong diverges costs one human look.

Output

Write the verdict file with the Write tool, once, as a JSON array with exactly one object per Spec: line, in brief order:

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

uat-fidelity-judge is an agent published in the GitHub repository gaia-react/gaia (26 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 797 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (enumerates other installed skills). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-17.
